The climate change online course is divided into two modules: 1) Climate change impacts in the Upper Great Lakes region, and 2) Climate change and forest health. The first module covers information related to climate change impacts on natural resources (including forestry), agriculture, community planning, tribal culture, and other activities and resources in the Upper Great Lakes region. Educational material in this module is presented in the form of documents that can be downloaded and links to resources for more information. The second module focuses on climate change impacts on forest defoliators, bark beetles, and forest pathogens. Research on each of these topics is presented, along with adaptations and management strategies where applicable. Educational material in the second module is presented in short videos on each topic, with links to resources for more information.
