College of Letters and Science Signature Event Undergraduate Research Symposium
STUDENTS SHINE A LIGHT ON RESEARCH PROJECTS
25 years of showcasing student research. The College of Letters and Science will celebrate an outstanding group of student researchers representing projects from across COLS majors. The Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium is scheduled for Friday, May 2, 2025. This signature event will feature over 100 research posters and oral presentations taking place throughout the Haeni Chemistry Biology Building. We hope you will be able to join us for this culminating experience for our students and their faculty mentors, families, and friends.
Our student research event is a highlight of our year when we get to shine the light on the inspirational, creative accomplishments of our student scholars at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. They will present projects in the humanities, natural sciences, math, computing, and the social and behavioral sciences.

The 25th Annual COLS Undergraduate Research Symposium held May 3, 2024 was an impressive demonstration of the close collaboration between faculty and students in research work. The event featured 120 projects from across the College.
