The UWSP Opera Workshop will perform, in English, a shortened, family-friendly adaptation of Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” on April 23 at 4:00 p.m. in the Noel Fine Arts Center’s Michelsen Hall and April 27 at 2:00 p.m. at the Point Opera House Annex at 1136 Main Street. Described as a mythical fairy tale, the story follows Prince Tamino’s journey to rescue Pamina, the daughter of the Queen of the Night. This is a free, non-ticketed event and seats are available on a first come first served basis. Thank you to the Point Opera House for sponsoring and hosting the event.
