The Communication Sciences and Disorders department at UWSP is filled with intelligent, fun, and collaborative individuals who are passionate about learning and helping people achieve to their greatest potential.
What do you enjoy most about teaching?
My joy in teaching and supervising students comes from working alongside them – brainstorming solutions to new challenges that arise, celebrating successes, and watching the “aha” moments.
A piece of advice for students in your school?
When you join the Communication Sciences and Disorders department at UWSP – you are joining a family! Get involved; stop in during office hours and spend time with your professors, join the student organizations – National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association, Miles of Smiles and Sign Language Club, embrace this time in your life to explore and learn.
