Bio

I teach several education for sustainability related courses at the University of Education Freiburg, dealing with coping strategies for an uncertain future such as: Fundamentals of environmental education and education for sustainable development in 2020. In 2021 Interdisciplinary seminar on climate change and policy from an interdisciplinary perspective. In 2023, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in the context of the Anthropocene and the climate crisis at the University of Freiburg and in 2024 In relation with the climate crisis – resonance theory meets education for sustainable development (ESD), the latter together with Dr. Florian Weitkämper. At IES Abroad I teach the course From Environmental Activism to ‘Agents of Change-Generation’. Shaping Democracy in Times of Crisis in Freiburg.
