Ash Flatley

Ash grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. They hold a bachelor’s degree in English literature and sociology, and a master’s degree in education. Before joining the Upward Bound Program as the Academic Coordinator, Ash taught high school in both Massachusetts and Vermont. They are passionate about creating accessible learning opportunities, and fostering literacy, critical thinking, and community engagement. Ash loves collaborating with dedicated students and teachers, and they are excited to continue to support students of all identities and backgrounds in achieving their full potential. Outside of work, Ash loves hiking and talking about literature and film.
