School of Health Sciences and Wellness majors are encouraged to meet with our advising staff to develop plans to meet their educational, career and life goals. Major Map
Major Maps

Navigate Your Major

Major Maps help students map their first day to the first job in their chosen field. While a four-year plan outlines classes to get a degree, Major Maps help students learn how to build career-ready skills and experiences outside the classroom. Each Major Map shows how students can get the most of their UW-Stevens Point journey from enrollment to graduation and beyond. It’s a roadmap to discovering your purpose!

Transfer Information

Our advising team is available to help prospective transfer students select appropriate courses that will transfer to UWSP and fulfill program requirements. You may also use Transferology for timely and accurate information on course equivalencies between UW System campuses, Wisconsin Technical Colleges and UW-Stevens Point.

It’s our mission to support the whole student, honoring individual experiences and getting each person access to tools and resources that will help them achieve their goals. If you have ever struggled to get going on an assignment, have ever been challenged to set goals, felt overwhelmed, or as felt as though you were imposter in your own major, then this an invitation from us to you. We understand the inherent challenges of being a college student and we know that with supports and connection, you can make your college experience one that is full of opportunity and growth.

Listen in as we talk to campus and community experts and students about their strategies for success.
