Some scholarships require additional steps:

Engineering Scholarships

Incoming students who declare a “Pre-Engineering A.S.” academic plan when they apply for admission to UWSP-Wausau are automatically eligible (no scholarship application required) for a $1,000 scholarship if they have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher and place into (or have already completed) MATH 118 or higher when they take the Math placement exam. Funds are limited so we encourage students to apply for admission as early as possible.
