Sarah Foster

Sarah joined the Insights Unit within the Division of Marketing and Enrollment in 2023 as the market research coordinator, where she conducts research aimed at driving program growth and supporting continuous improvement across various initiatives. A post-traditional student, she earned both her M.A. in organizational communication and her B.A. in communication with a journalism emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where her thesis focused on “Adult Student Experiences at UWSP.”

Prior to her current role, Sarah gained valuable experience across several departments at UWSP, including Continuing Education, Business Affairs and Admissions. Her passion for supporting post-traditional learners led her to pursue regional director and enrollment management positions at other institutions primarily serving those students before returning to UWSP.

With her strong background in communication and a commitment to enhancing the educational experience for post-traditional learners, Sarah is dedicated to making a positive impact within the UWSP community.
