Bio

Heidi Oberstadt is a friendly, insightful and detail-oriented professional. She’s known widely for her authentic communication style, which is driven by a caring and observant background in education. Her goals including leveraging her unique skills to further improve communication, educating and empowering individuals to perform at their most effective and confident level, continuing to encourage change in the current culture, inviting and engaging new and diverse people, and working with relevant industries to welcome and further create a community. Heidi is a doctoral student at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Educational Sustainability.

Professional Experiences

Heidi has a varied background in education, communication, politics and the arts. As a musician, dancer and photographer, she’s learned to incorporate art into everyday experiences, and allow everyday experiences to inspire her art. She has a background in groundwater conservation paired with political involvement, and served on the Stevens Point City Council for four years. She works with businesses and organizations to improve both their internal and external communication, as well as crafting and refining organizational branding, culture and identity.
