Ingrid Clark Zavadoski

BIO

Ingrid Clark Zavadoski started teaching at the UW-Stevens Point at Wausau campus after earning her degree in Composition and Victorian and Modern British Literature at Portland State University. Her main interest is in helping students grow as successful writers, readers, and thinkers. Clark Zavadoski assists with training and managing student tutors for the UWSP at Wausau Writing Center. She’s active on the Campus-Wide Read and Literary Awards committees. She served on the Newberry Award Committee in 2019.

She volunteers for a soccer club and enjoys biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. She is a dedicated foodie, winning an award for her writing promoting local food in 2010. For eight years, she contributed food columns published in Wausau’s City Pages community weekly paper.
