Brad Hinaus

BIO

Brad Hinaus joined the faculty of the Department of Physics and Astronomy in 1999. He is a recruiting liaison for the department. Hinaus said student opportunities outside of class include: faulty mentored research, joining the Society of Physics Students or NASA sponsored Rocket Club, presenting at the Blocher Planetarium or Pejsa Observatory, or tutoring for introductory physics students.

Professor Hinaus is state event supervisor of the Wisconsin Science Olympiad and presents at the College Day for Kids. Hinaus is vice president of Point Fastpitch, youth girls softball, as well as a league coach.
