Adam Olson joined the Sentry School of Business and Economics as MBA program director in June 2023. Adam has a versatile background in higher education where he has worked as a career coach, senior admissions counselor, and most recently, assistant director of admissions and recruitment for UW-Stevens Point. He has experience in many areas of student affairs including admissions, recruitment, academic advising and financial aid.
Prior to his work in higher education, Adam worked in the private sector in sales, food science, clinical genetics and property management. He believes the Sentry School MBA is a great tool for professionals of diverse backgrounds because it is the perfect combination of personal discovery, professional development and application of in-demand business skills, tailored to each candidate’s vision of success.
Developing a positive team culture and meaningful relationships are top priorities for Adam in his role. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling and summer days on the lake with family and friends.
