Policy
The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is committed to
reducing its energy consumption and following the energy
independence mission of Governor Jim Doyle
and the
Office of Energy Independence (OEI). In April 2007,
Governor Doyle created the OEI to lead the state in
advancing clean energy and bioproducts. Visit the OEI

The Sustainability Task Force is currently working to
create an energy
policy and a procurement
policy. Once completed, the two
policies will be available in this portion of the UWSP
sustainability website.
