South Hall serves as home to individuals who are 21 years of age or
older prior to the semester in which they reside begins. (Phew,
that's a mouthful!). South Hall is open during the academic
year (including Thanksgiving, winter, and spring breaks - see the
contract for assignment specifics). It is not open during the
summer.
All rooms are single occupancy and, as a result, only are furnished
with one single bed and one dresser.

South Hall is located kitty-corner from the Main Building and so is
a little off by itself. That seems to work well for the residents of
this hall who tend to be concentrating on completing their studies
at UW-Stevens Point.
Women are housed on second and third floors; men on first and
fourth. The entire building is considered a quiet community.
