The Wisconsin Environmental Education Board (WEEB) will meet via phone conference call on November 3 from 10 – 11 a.m. The public is invited to participate via a phone conferencing system located in Room 110F Trainer Natural Resource Building, UW-Stevens Point, 800 Reserve Street, Stevens Point.
WEEB is a state board created to promote environmental education within all segments of society. WEEB oversees an annual grant program, advises public and nonpublic agencies on environmental education programs and policies, and provides leadership, advocacy and policymaking in environmental literacy.
The meeting agenda includes approval of July minutes, election of chairperson, consideration of committee proposals and an update on the work of the Wisconsin No Child Left Inside Coalition. Contact: Ginny Carlton, 715-346-3805.
