1. Continuing aid applicants apply using the "Renewal FAFSA" which is sent to them directly by the government. How did this go for you?

2. How have you been treated by Financial Aid Office personnel?

I have been treated courteously and with respect and feel comfortable coming to the Financial Aid Office.
All is not well---some improvement in staff attitude is in order. Please comment below.

3. Did you receive your award letter in a reasonable length of time?

Considering that it takes time to process information through the government, I recieved my award quickly enough.
It took too long to process my application, and I think I should have received a response earlier. Describe the problem below to help us focus on your situation.

4. Were your aid funds delivered to you (or to your account) quickly enough?

I received my aid funds quickly enough.
I believe I should have received my aid funds sooner. Explain below anything that would help us examine what might have caused a delay for you.
