"My design does not incorporate a lot of flash because sites with superfluous media are reminiscent of MIDI/animated GIF bloat and sometimes fail to adhere to accessibility standards. However, I do like the simple, clickable flash slideshow on the IUPUI website and included a similar applet on my design (left column, second box down); the current UWSP website has an image that changes upon browser refresh, which I feel is effective and should be used on a new design. I left off links to media (podcasts, videos) because I'm not sure how much they will be integrated in a new design, but info about/links to them could be easily dropped into the design once it is determined how much of a centerpiece they will be."
